Pedro De La Hoya's page claims that he cannot spawn in the Boys Dorm, however he just spawned in it in my game and I beat him up and interacted with him without the game crashing. This was in Anniversary Edition. Was this a glitch? I even got in trouble, with the game saying “Violence-Little Kids” but no Prefects came, of course.
