Angus Hepburn is an actor and voice artist who voiced The Hobo in Bully. Hepburn is however primarily a theatre actor, having been in that business since the 70s.
He is the husband of Stephanie Hepburn, who voiced Miss Abby.
A shout-out to Hepburn appears in the game. The townswoman Miss Kopke says "Well I heard Mr. Grant was once the star of the Scottish Stage", referencing Angus' theatre career.
