Bike Races are a series of sub-missions. They first become available after the mission Race the Vale is passed.
Entry to these races is free. Jimmy is given a yellow BMX (referred to in-game as a Retro BMX) by default, but he may use any bike of his choice, even the Moped, as long as he rides it near the location where the race is triggered. All races are against three other randomly selected Bullworth Academy students from the four main cliques. Clique leaders, girls and overweight students (such as Hal, Algie and Melvin) never appear as opponents in these races. To win a race, Jimmy must finish the race in first place. The first time Jimmy wins a bike race, a bike helmet and a bike jersey are added to his wardrobe.
The bike races contain "rubber band physics", which means that the other racers will never fall too far behind Jimmy regardless of how fast he goes or how many shortcuts he has taken.

Old Bullworth Vale Races[]
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 1[]
This race runs through the alleyways in the commercial district of Old Bullworth Vale, then up the dirt trails to the residential area. It takes another trail around behind the residential area, past the graveyard, and then heads down to the beach, where the finish line is. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $20, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 2 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 2[]
This race runs exactly the same course as Race 1, but in reverse. In this race, there is a shortcut near the finish line which one participant always uses, and this will most likely cause Jimmy to lose the race unless he also takes that shortcut himself. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $25, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 3 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 3[]
This fairly short race starts in the residential area of Old Bullworth Vale, and heads down to the beach. The key to winning this race is to take the unmarked shortcut down the hill to the beach instead of going around the lighthouse. After taking the shortcut, head down the beach and up the stairs to road level. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $30, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 4 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 4[]
This race runs around the outside of the residential area before heading back down to the commercial area. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $35, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 5 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 5[]
This race starts out following the same course as Race 2, but upon reaching the residential area, the route heads down the main road on the hill and through town. The finish line is on the beach near the stairs down from the roads. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $40, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 6 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 6[]
This is a two-lap race, starting at the northern end of the brick-paved plaza. The route runs through the roads in town down to the beach, heads west around the lighthouse, up through the residential area and down the road on the hill. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $45, and Bullworth Vale Bike Race 7 becomes available.
Bullworth Vale Bike Race 7[]
This race starts in the park, with the route heading west and through the yard of the Happy Endings Retirement Home before heading back to the park. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $50.
If Jimmy wants to do an Old Bullworth Vale bike race again, he will always repeat Bullworth Vale Bike Race 7.
Bullworth Town Races[]
Bullworth Town Bike Race 1[]
This two-lap race runs in a rough eight figure. It heads north towards the Town Hall, west around behind the Oil Spill gas station, then east and around behind the closed theater before returning to the starting point. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $20, and Bullworth Town Bike Race 2 becomes available.
Bullworth Town Bike Race 2[]
This is a two-lap race, with the route starting near the bike garage and zig-zagging through most of Bullworth Town. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $25, and Bullworth Town Bike Race 3 becomes available.
Bullworth Town Bike Race 3[]
This is a point-to-point race from the steps of Town Hall to the Football Field on Bullworth Academy campus. The students will be out and about on campus, so Jimmy must try to avoid hitting them, as he will gain a full trouble meter should he run over one of the girls, little kids, or prefects. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $30, and Bullworth Town Bike Race 4 becomes available. However, Jimmy cannot participate in Bullworth Town Bike Race 4 until Chapter 3 is reached, which is necessary for access to New Coventry.
Bullworth Town Bike Race 4[]
This race starts in Bullworth Town, but after going through it once, takes the dirt road just south and heads through New Coventry all the way past the Tenements and back under the Underpass. The race ends in the alleyway behind the closed theater. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $35.
If Jimmy wants to do a Bullworth Town bike race again, he will always repeat Bullworth Town Bike Race 4.
New Coventry Races[]
New Coventry Bike Race 1[]
This race becomes available after the mission Jealous Johnny is passed.
The race starts out behind the bike storage. This is a two-lap race taking place along the dirt road in New Coventry. Cutting through the forest can help catch up with the opponents if Jimmy has fallen behind. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $30, and New Coventry Bike Race 2 becomes available.
New Coventry Bike Race 2[]
This two-lap race starts in front of the grocery store, with the route going all around New Coventry. Watch out for the many sharp turns throughout the race. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $40.
If Jimmy wants to do a New Coventry bike race again, he will always repeat New Coventry Bike Race 2.
Bullworth Academy Races[]
Bullworth Academy Bike Race 1[]
To be eligible for entry to this race, Jimmy must first win all other bike races. However, he cannot participate in this race until Chapter 5 is reached, which is necessary for access to Blue Skies Industrial Park.
The race starts near the gate in front of the school parking lot. The route starts out heading right, followed by a sharp right turn. After going through New Coventry and Blue Skies Industrial Park, the route takes the dirt road behind the school to the starting point. Upon winning this race, Jimmy is awarded $50, and a BMX helmet is added to his wardrobe. A big trophy is also added to his dorm room.
Since this is the only Bullworth Academy bike race available, this race can be replayed as many times as desired.
