Bully: Anniversary Edition is an updated and graphically enhanced version of Bully, released on iOS and Android devices on December 8, 2016. The game adds several new features, and fixes many bugs discovered in the original and scholarship versions.
The game was released for iOS and Android devices on December 8, 2016. It features upgraded graphics from the Xbox 360 version, including normal mapping and specular lighting, along with all bonus contents from Bully: Scholarship Edition version, including eight new missions, additional characters, four new school classes (Biology, Music, Math, and Geography) and new unlockable items and clothing. Controls have been redesigned for touch gameplay, with physical controller support as well as Apple Taptic Engine Support on iPhone 7 class devices, plus haptic vibration effects for Android. A new Friend Challenges competitive mode has been added, featuring turn-based, head-to-head competitions from the various Classrooms and arcade-style mini-games.
Many 2D graphic elements were redrawn from scratch in higher definition, including the clock, map icons, and arcade games.
Bully: Anniversary Edition also features full Social Club support with cross saves and cross platform play. Bully also features controller support while iOS players can capture their gameplay with ReplayKit on iPhone 6S and greater class devices.

- Rats do not spawn in free roam, but only in some missions.
- Cars no longer show damaged parts. Correspondingly, two errands involving vandalizing cars are unavailable.
- Recruited allies can no longer be hurt by the player.
- Go-Kart passes through people without hurting them or triggering the Trouble Meter.
