The faculty are the administration staff at Bullworth Academy.
The faculty are the highest level of authority on campus, but they don't appear on campus very often outside cutscenes and classes. Most of them have a small chance to spawn in place of a Prefect, and there are a few pre-programmed incidents where a faculty member will be seen telling a student off (very rarely this may also happen off-campus). Members of the faculty can mostly be seen inside the Main Building after Jimmy finishes a class. Pulling a fire alarm inside the Main Building sometimes makes the faculty appear, but it's very hard to interact with them, as they will be running towards the exit. A random faculty member will appear in the Library between 7 p.m. and curfew as well.
There is a bug in which they cannot bust Townsfolk - the game files are set to give them the highest positive relationship with townsfolk, which makes them unable to take hostile action against them.
Dr. Crabblesnitch, Neil, Miss Peters and Mr. Matthews never appear during free roam under normal circumstances.
Despite being part of the faculty, Mr. Luntz isn't considered by the game as an authority figure - instead, he is considered an adult. This could have something to do with him being set as the shopkeeper of the school store.
Faculty members are usually rude when Jimmy interacts with them. However, they will all become polite to him once Final Showdown is completed. They will retain this polite behavior as long as Jimmy doesn't get in trouble.
