Hector is a character in Bully. He was voiced by Jay Capozello.
Character Description []
Hector is a middle-aged dwarf. He has blond hair swept back, and two tattoos on his left arm. He wears a denim vest with a skull pattern on the back over a white T-shirt, jeans and shoes. In winter, he puts on a Christmas sweater instead of a vest.

He is quite rude to customers who play his game, insulting their appearance and inability to hit the target.
Despite his size, he is able to bust like any other male adult.
Role in game[]
Hector has no individual role in the game other than being part of the water tank minigame in the Carnival.
Deleted content[]
Hector has a series of dialogue files titled FAKEID. They seem to refer to a removed errand. Going just by the dialogue it seems that Hector wanted to trade Jimmy a fake ID in exchange for some items. Some of the files complain that Jimmy doesn't have whatever it is Hector wants yet, and the last in the series is Hector giving something to Jimmy - possibly the fake ID - with a warning to use it wisely. There isn't enough context to tell what the items Hector wanted were.
