Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. is an American publisher and distributor of video games and game peripherals. Take-Two Interactive own Rockstar Games and are best known for publishing the Grand Theft Auto series, Manhunt games, Midnight Club racing series and Bully. Take Two Interactive is currently involved in an attempted hostile takeover by rival Electronic Arts. The company was founded in 1993 and, along with Rockstar Games, they own game developers 2K Games, 2K Sports, 2K Play and Jack of All Games.
