Would Prefects be considered as adults, or seniors. One of them( don't remember which one, said "I don't ever want to graduate and give up being a prefect." or "I hope the army recieved my application" or "I hope the police recieved my aplication" all of which give the impression that they are still technically students, Maybe seniors.
